Power Balls
Power Balls make a great snack especially for my kids when they all of a sudden get ravenous and are simple and easy to make and store in the fridge. They are “no bake” and gluten and dairy free.
Power Balls
3 cups gluten free rolled oats
3 tbs. chia seeds
3 tbs. hemp seeds or finely chopped nuts
2 cups nut butter (I usually use peanut but almond would work well too)
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tsp. vanila extract
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients together well and form it into individual balls. If too crumbly, add more nut butter to mixture. Store balls in parchment paper lined containers and refrigerate.
